PMI Redwood Realty is a full-service real estate asset management company that provides services for both residential & commercial properties. Our company utilizes state-of-the-art technology that provides constant transparency to our property owners on their investments' performance, while providing tenants real-time access to service requests and billing.
PMI Redwood Realty is locally owned and independently operated with its leadership team having more than 25 years experience in Bay Area real estate asset management. Our company is part of a fast-growing and dynamic franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for nearly 20 years.
PMI Redwood Realty's mission is to maximize the value of our client's assets. Our local team's knowledge & experience combined with our franchise partner's IT resources & processes, empowers us to proactively forecast future rental income as well as operating and capital expenditures. We put together both a short & long term plan for each property that is regularly updated and presented annually.

At PMI Redwood Realty Rachel is in charge of Landlord & Tenant Relations. She is the primary point of contact for all clients, presents all property performance reports to landlords, and executes on tenant requests.
Rachel's property management experience dates back to her childhood working in her family's rental property business comprised of single family homes and duplex properties. At the start of her working career, she managed Student Union facilities operations, and continued to be involved in asset management even after becoming an accomplished scientist at Stanford. Rachel's duties expanded beyond experiments & research to lab management, which included negotiating facilities contracts and overseeing the lab build-out at a biotech start-up.
Rachel has a Master's in Stem Cell Biology from San Jose State University and received her BA in Biology from Sonoma State University.

At PMI Redwood Realty Reese is in charge of Finance and Business Administration. He composes all client property budgets, leads budget reconciliation, and oversees tenant underwriting.
Reese has two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, spanning all areas of asset management including property management, marketing, appraisals and corporate real estate finance and strategy. From his undergraduate studies in public policy and Masters in Business Administration, Reese is trained to follow market trends and develops calculated strategies for his clients. During his time as an appraiser Reese successfully lowered the assessed value of nearly 100 properties, saving his clients over $100 million in property taxes. Over the past ten years he successfully developed and implemented real estate location strategies for several corporate tenants including General Electric, X (previously Twitter), VMware, and LendingClub. Reese's contributions to these companies led to nearly a billion dollars in cost savings and avoidances.
Reese has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Santa Clara University and received his BS from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Kevin is PMI Redwood Realty's Sponsoring Broker. He is in charge of ensuring all of the companies practices are in compliance with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
For nearly a decade Kevin has successfully operated (and founded) three PMI businesses in Southern California. Prior to joining PMI he had a successful career in tech with several large organizations, two of which he was CIO. Kevin is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for over 9 years.
Kevin has a Master's in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and received his BA from the University of Washington.
